John is an IT and insurance industry expert with nearly two decades of experience. He has worked in many roles and before founding Abbott Consulting he ran the Software Development Department in AXA. He is an experienced project manager, a qualified CMMI assessor and has a broad depth of knowledge in all aspects of software development and management.

Seán is an e-commerce and banking expert and has nearly two decades experience. He has held several positions including Head of online-banking and Head of E-channels with AIB. Seán now combines his consultancy work with running CMIT, an online training College that he co-founded in 2005.

Tom has over 20 years experience in technical, operational and managerial ICT. He worked for companies such as PMPA/AXA and BAM Contractors where he was Group ICT Manager. A knowledgeable and enthusiastic professional, he is more than comfortable with strategical, operational and technical implementations. Tom now combines his technical, business, training and facilitation skills to ensure you get the most from your technology investments.

Emer is an IT Security and Business Continuity expert with over 10 years experience. She has worked for companies such as AXA, ESB and Microsoft. Emer is an expert in project management in a cross functional environment and highly experienced in managing resources across enterprise boundaries to meet goals on multiple projects.
